Crochet update

I have picked up my crochet hook again! I grabbed a couple of projects out of my abandoned projects bags and finished one, still working on the other. I finished a mandrake seedling that needed it's legs and pot.
I'm working on a 3 foot long dragon now, he needed legs, wings and to move the eyelids (I made them into ears) and give him normal looking eyes. I got the legs done and attached, the wing membranes are ready, just need to get the face looking better and make the arms for the wings so I can see them on. Here's the main body done with all his legs.

the mandrake seedling pattern is a paid pattern on ravelry.com from The Specialty Shoppe and the dragon pattern is a paid pattern in Ravelry by Delicious Crochet

Just another week in quarantine

I've been rearranging my craft room, aka the family room. I have my new desk set up, just waiting for the keyboard tray to arrive so I can install it.

How's it going?

Still under a Stay at Home order, still healthy, still crocheting.
Since the last time I posted an entry I have finished a few more scarves and a couple of hats to go with the paw prints scarves

The top hat is a simple sc, dc pattern to get a nice texture. The second hat is from a pattern called Rolling Waves Slouch.

I started taking custom orders again. I've made a few masks for myself and my family to reduce our risks of spreading the virus. My awesome daughter works at a craft store and is able to get me whatever I need without me having to wait in line outside to get in. I've also seen that the post office isn't really crowded so I feel ok going in to mail orders.

My first custom order is for a My Little Pony fan art:
We had some fabulous weather last weekend and I got my container garden planted on the deck. I planted rainbow carrots, normal carrots, onions, several kinds of cherry tomatoes, celery, cilantro, lettuce, strawberries, parsley and snow peas. Come summer, I should have some nice produce for my family and for the guinea pigs.

My next project is to empty out my craft room and clean and rearrange it. I've been bagging up my yarns and putting all of the stuffies into storage trunks. My wonderful hubby got me 8 of these really cool trunks to put away my inventory and I have filled all of them. OMG, I didn't realize just how many plushies I had made.

Bummer for my Summer

Well, all of my summer events have been cancelled. I'm going to have a sidewalk sale at my home instead. I'm going to partner with my daughter, as always. I will sell my crochet and seen items and she will sell her jewelry. The see what she makes check out www.facebook.com/Wirewolftreasures or @wirewolftreasures on Instagram
