Muzzle in tan
Rnd 1: ch 6 and 2 sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 3 ch, 3 sc in last ch, working in the free loops of the other side of chain, sc in next 4 ch ending in the same ch as you began (12)
Rnd 2: 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 5 sc around (16)
Rnd 3: 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc (gives the top of muzzle its shape), sc in next 3 sc, 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 7 sc (21)
Rnd 4:  sc in next 6 sc, 2 sc in next sc around (24)

Assemble
I embroidered the mouth and nostrils on before attaching the muzzle, its easier to handle now.
Attach muzzle to face as shown stuffing it moderately as you go, then cut eyes from felt and attach.
Ears, roll the ears as shown and tack them with thread or yarn, add a little stuffing to the open end before attaching to the head
Attach head to body, then legs, then tail and voila -  done
if there are any problems with this pattern - please let me know - I wrote it from memory after losing my notes.
